This top is made from scratch with blue rayon/spandex, blue & white striped cotton/spandex & red ribbed knit.
The Sailor Whale applique (artwork by xenosmesa.etsy.com) is placed on the bottom left hand corner of the top. It has a thick band around the bottom with red ribbed knit stripe detail. There are 2 custom made anchor buttons down the front of the bib & girly puff sleeves.
ALL SEAMS ARE SERGED.
